If contacts are unable to log in, they will use the Contact Us form to contact you by phone or email.
1.Click Auditing on the Contact’s form
2.Click on the Cog on the Miscellaneous panel
3.Select Reset Web Password (this Contact)
4.Enter a New Web Password and click OK.
5.Open Web Contacts from the Contact Module and perform a Web Synchronisation so that their updated password is uploaded to the web.
