When setting up a pledge you can nominate whether a Receipt Summary is required. This information is displayed on the Receipt Letters tab of the Pledge Information/Regular/Committed Giving form.
Payments included in a Receipt Summary Mailing may also have been previously receipted. |
Note: It is also possible to setup Pledges so that the Receipt Summary is set to Yes by default for all new Continuous Pledges. You can do this by setting the Lookup Value
Finance=>Default Receipt Summary for Continuous Pledges to 'Yes'
This setting however will be overridden by the contact's Default Receipt Summary (if this is set).
