When you set up a meeting in thankQ and you are the Organiser of the meeting, your thankQ user name will appear in the Outlook Sync field. This means that the meeting will automatically appear in your Outlook Calendar.

You can change the name that appears in the Outlook Sync field by clicking Edit on the tool bar. Click on the pick list next to the Outlook Sync field and select a name from the list
