As contacts RSVP you can begin to construct a seating or accommodation plan. You do this by booking the contacts on to Structures. You can do this at any stage in your event planning, that is, contacts do not have to have a status of Attending to be booked onto a Structure.  Their status may be Invited.

There are two ways to add a contact to a structure: via the Structures tab on the Event Contact Details form, or via the Structure tree.  Both methods are described below.
