We want to know, in a four year period how many contacts donated more than $500, grouped by suburb.

1.A yellow box search can be created where

•Suburb is not null

•On the Fundraising tab, payment summary year field is 2010 or 2011 or 2012 or 2013

•Donation total >500

 

2.Click on the Show Contacts in Data or Table View

3.Create and Export a Report to Excel making sure the Suburb field is selected

In Excel

•Sort by suburb

 

 

•Add Subtotals for change in suburb and select Count

 

 

 

The Suburb Count information will appear in the column to the left of the Suburb field as shown in the examples below.

 

 

4.Collapse the count to show just totals.
