Once you have defined the list(s) that you want to use within your campaign, you can add canvassers to a list. Each canvasser (Account Manager) can have their own targets.

To do this, right-click on the list that you would like to add the canvasser to, then click on the Add a Canvasser (to this list) menu item.

1.Click on the pick list beside Serial No. to select Canvasser

2.Enter the following information if applicable

Field

Description

Serial Number

This is the serial number for the contact who is to be a canvasser. Select using the  pick list button CANVAS~1_img32  

Name

These details are automatically entered when the serial number is selected

Role

Select a role for the canvasser. These can include Ask/Solicit, Introduction, etc. These can be set up in LookUpValues by your System Administrator

Target

This is a monetary target that you would like the canvasser to achieve

Comment

Any additional information that you wish to enter


Web Access is no longer Relevant (for specific TQ Client)

Allow Web Access

This option will allow the canvasser to log into the web site (provided Web Access is available)

Advanced

Gives access to add Actions to the Prospect via the Web Interface.

Username/Password

Username and password for web access

Password button

Allows you to set/change the canvasser’s password for web access (if available). The Password defaults to the password that has been set by thankQ. The button becomes available after clicking OK to save.

 

The canvassers will be colour coded according to their role.
