thankQ Help

To access the Campaign Monitor Journeys with thankQ’s Communication List Automation you need to have these activated. If you are interested in acquiring these products please log a ticket to Support – support@thankq.zendesk.com.

Journeys will allow you to build a journey for your contact base so if they open the email and/or click on a link they will follow a particular journey. For those who don’t open and/or click on a link these contact’s can follow a different journey.

This module assumes the user is proficient in the use of Campaign Monitor and thankQ’s various modules such as being able to build power searches, create mailings in mail manager. If there are any contact fields required to send to the journey these can be setup using Lookup Values under Administration.
