To allow users to configure their task and outlook synchronisation parameters there are four access rights that need to be given to each user. This is done via the Edit User icon in the Administration menu.
1.Click on the Administration menu heading and double click the Add /Edit User icon
2.Select Edit User from the drop down
3.The User Account Information screen will be displayed. Check that the user has the following access rights
a.Outlook Synchronise Admin
b.Outlook Synchronise Read Write
If it is not there, right click to add an access right.
4.Click the Edit button and enter the Outlook Name field. The Outlook Name must be the same as the User Name shown in Outlook.
Note: Look under File>Options>General in Outlook to view how the name is setup.
