1.Click Search | Search on the Tool Bar of Tour Bookings

2.Click Clear Search top left to clear any previous searches

3.Select or Enter Booked from the Status drop down

4.Enter NM in Start Date

5.Click the Program / Tour Resources tab

6.Enter is null into the Assigned Serial No. field

7.Click Go
