thankQ Help

The template will contain the message that you wish to send from thankQ.  

1.Click the Edit SMS Template icon under the Communication Modules

2.Click New on the tool bar

3.Enter a name in the SMS Template Name field

4.Enter your message in the SMS Template Text field.

Any Merge Field used should be encompassed in { } brackets on either side. The text can be typed into the brackets. See instructions below.

5.Click OK
