Suggested Volunteers will be populated depending on the particular tours and resources.

A volunteer will be suggested providing that they have valid skills which satisfy all of the following conditions. A valid skill is one which is still current according to the from and until date defined for that skill on the volunteers record and if ticked requiring approval that approval has been granted:

•Has all of the mandatory skills associated with the Tour Resource tied to the Tour

•Has a skill with description or part of it that matches the Year Group defined for the Tour Booking if it exists

•Has a skill with description or part of it that matches the Subject defined for the Tour Booking if it exists

The Volunteers can be assigned to the resources if required or the Resource can be edited to select a different Volunteer.

1.Right click on the Volunteer to assign

2.Select Assign Suggested Volunteer to Resource

3.Click Yes to confirm

This will assign the Resource
