1.Right click on the Possible Tour Booking

2.Select Assign Possible Tour Booking

3.Click Yes

This moves the booking from Possible Tour Bookings to Allocated Tour Bookings

If you View the Allocated Tour Booking this resource/volunteer has been assigned. A right click on this form will also allow the resource/volunteer to be removed or cancelled.
