1.Right click on the Skill

2.Select Set / Unset Mandatory

3.Select the option from the drop down, Click OK

The system will list Volunteers that meet these skills. If they have preferred ticked on the volunteer form they will get priority.

Right click and select Goto Volunteer to open the contact on the Volunteer form
