Once the setup workflow has been completed bookings may be taken.

When a booking is taken the system will process the permutations of available locations for the given date to confirm whether the booking is achievable.

The availability of program / tours is based upon the limitation of locations available to operate the program / tour. Resources (such as volunteers or equipment) will not limit tour availability.

The system will maintain a calendar of available tours through the automated assignment of locations.
