Web Tools can be used to collect contact information which in turn can be downloaded to thankQ where a new contact with the information collected can be created. A complete page then displays their details and welcomes them. This page can be printed out. They can also receive an e-mail.

This particular scenario is where we are using the Contact web tools to create an unsubscribe page that links to an EDM created in Campaign Monitor.
