Saved form reports are custom made reports in thankQ that can be saved for easier retrieval later. To save a report you first need to create a custom report. This option is available in most thankQ modules in the report menu:

ReportLoad

Once you have selected the columns you want you will then receive this prompt before the report is generated. Make sure you select Yes so that won't need to select the columns when you want to run the same report in the future:

To load the report later go to the report form and open Saved Form Reports:

SaveFormReportsButton

Then search for and run the report you saved:
