Set the availability for the Guides, Educators, Survivors when they are available

1.Locate the Volunteer

2.Click on the Availability / Allocation tab

3.Right click in the Availability window

4.Select Add Volunteer Availability

5.Enter or select a starting Date

6.Enter a Start Time and End Time

7.Enter the number of Tours that this person can run each day in the Limit # Per Day field

8.Tick the tick box beside the days they are available

9.Enter number of Weeks eg every week or every 2 weeks etc

10.Enter an End Date if relevant or leave blank for no end date

11.Click OK

Note: If there is another combination click New on the tool bar and repeat the steps.

12.Click Close
