thankQ Help

It is quite possible that the donor may already be a contact in thankQ.  You should always check this before Accepting a contact.

1.Click on the Possible Dupes tab and a list of existing thankQ contacts will appear that are similar to the donor.

2.Scroll through the list of existing thankQ contacts.  If there are NO thankQ contacts that are the same as the donor, then follow the steps in the Accepting a Web Payment when contact is NOT in thankQ.

3.If a matching contact is found, go to Accepting a Web Payment when contact already exists in thankQ.
