In a questionnaire template you can set an External Ref for the following modules:

Grant Giving

Volunteer

Volunteer Job

For Grant Giving you can set the Questionnaire to have a specific Grant Giving Type which is determined in the lookup value Grant Giving --> Grant Giving Type.

The Volunteer and Volunteer Job are based on a reference to a volunteer or volunteer job ID. You will need to enter a Serial Number manually into this field.
