Normally when the end user opens a Registration Page they are presented with empty fields that need to be filled. But it is also possible to send a link to the user that will allow them to view their own web details and to update them with additional information. To do this make sure that you generate a Mailing, eMailer Campaign or any other communication with your selected contact(s) that has the following merge field in it:

PARAMETERVALUE14

Which pertains to the field rule called Encrypt Serial Number.

The link will need to be constructed as follows:

https://web.thankqportal.com/{Your Company Code}/{Your Page Name}/Serialnumber/{The Encrypted Serial Number}
