Once you have completed an import you can open all the contacts to the contacts screen and you can also go to the Batch that was created if there was any money involved.

1.Double click on the import

2.Click View and select whether to view contacts or batches

Because the Data Importer is a separate application to the thankQ CRM system it does not take you to the contact screen, rather if you hover on the task bar and open thankQ the contacts will be displayed.
