The contact page should already have been setup in the template you created. However you should go through the page and make sure that the template contains all of the features that you want and that all of the features you don't want are removed. For more information on how to setup a contact page see Setup a Registration Page.
1.Click on the Contact button in the Contact Step.
2.Check the Basic Info page to make sure that the fields are correct and contain the information you want to capture from the contact that will be doing the Event Booking and Buying the Membership.
3.Click Email and make your changes to this content.
4.Click Mobile and make your changes to this content.
5.Click Address and make any changes to this content.
6.If need be you may add other content such as Profiles, Mailing Preferences, Narratives, Organisation Information,etc.
7.Select the Event Add On and make any required changes to the label or checked state.
8.Do the same for the Donation Add On.
9. Select Save and Publish once you have finished editing the Contact Page.
