The Mail Manager module is where Hard Copy letters, Emails, Excel Spreadsheets for Printers and Mailing Houses and Labels are created.
The Mail Manager is a facility for handling large mailings to groups of people.
Using the Mail Manager, business letters, receipt letters, mailings for events, reminders and membership renewals are just some of the mailings that can be created.
For each mailing, the tasks required will vary according to the type of mailing.
Note: Before using Mail Manager the appropriate Word templates are required to be setup using Create New Merge Template. There are some examples that can be copied, in the appropriate folders. |
