thankQ Help

Before attempting an Flo2Cash refund please note that this functionality is only available to accounts approved by Flo2Cash. Please check beforehand with Flo2Cash that this service is enabled. If enabled on their side it will always be enabled in thankQ.

Once a batch or web payment has been approved and a supporter asks for a refund, follow the steps below:

1.Reverse the payment in thankQ.

NOTE : When a credit card payment is reversed in thankQ, it does NOT automatically refund the supporters credit card. You will need to send the reversal to Flo2Cash.

2.Send the reversed payment to Flo2Cash by opening EFT File option in the Reversal Batch.

3.Select Flo2Cash - Refund to issue the refund through Ezidebit.

Please note that the refund may take a few days to be processed. You can then login to the Flo2Cash portal and if needed generate a report on the payment(s) which have been reversed.
