thankQ Help

The Data Import function of thankQ can be utilised to import new or existing contacts to setup Pledges with credit card or Direct Debit details which in turn will tokenise the details.

This process creates contacts and pledges. DO NOT import any pledge payments as this process is completed via Load Due Payments in a batch.

It is recommended to create a separate import for credit cards and direct debit.
