If the Committee does not have the authority to Approve a grant or they want a higher authority to review you may use the Higher Approval option.
The Higher Approval options are similar to those of the Committee, the higher authorities can Approve, Reject or Withdraw the Grant Application.
When approved, the stage will now change to Awaiting Trustees. The Control tab is updated with this progress:
