A batch cannot be completely removed from thankQ. There will always be a record of every batch created. This concept complies with audit regulations. There is an option to scrap a batch, however, the batch record remains and the status is changed to Batch Deleted.
Only batches in the Batch Logged - In Work stage can be scrapped or deleted.
Records of any payments that may be in the batch are saved to an Excel spreadsheet that is accessible from the Batch Information screen.
Select Show All Batches from the Search menu to view every batch that has been created and saved in thankQ.
Note: It is possible that some batch numbers are missing. These batches have not been deleted; rather, they have not been created. When you click New to create a new batch, a batch number is generated and assigned to that batch. It will not be saved until you click the Ok button. If you click Cancel the batch will be not be created, and that batch number will not be reassigned to another batch.
