If the contact has used the same method of payment previously those details will be displayed. If there are more than one credit card a list will appear so you can select the appropriate one.

If a credit card has not been used previously the card details must be entered into the Gateway by setting a token. The Gateway will hold the credit card details and give thankQ a token to use in the place of a credit card number.

1.Select Credit Card from the Payment Type.

2.Click the Set Token button.

3.Select the Card Type from drop down.

4.Enter the Card Number, Card Expiry and Card Holder name.

5.Click Submit.

A token is entered onto the payment which is used for this and any other payments for this contact and the credit card number is encrypted. thankQ does not hold the credit card number, only the token.

6.Enter the Method of how this payment was made e.g. Mail Order = Mailing.

7.Continue to enter Narrative, Source and Destination, click Ok.
