thankQ Help

The SMS template will contain the message that you wish to send from thankQ.  

1.Click the Edit SMS Template icon under the Communication Modules.

2.Click New on the tool bar.

3.Enter a name in the SMS Template Name field.

4.Enter your message in the SMS Template Text field. Note that you can add text and merge fields to the template. for more details on merge fields see Add Merge Fields to the SMS Message.

5.Click OK.
