1.Click Validation Rules under Administration Modules.

2.Select Create at the top of the form.

3.Select the name of the Table, the Field and the Operator. For more info on operators and the other options please see Validation Rules Options.

4.Click Save when done.

5.Click OK.

Users must log out of thankQ for this to take effect. When contacts are created or edited this field is now a mandatory field.
