This tab configures what message will be contained in the automatically sent Confirmation Email which customers receive upon completing any of the Webpage Workflows. Like the Confirmation Page, this email is configurable using the various text formatting options. Placeholders can be used to draw information from various parts of the webpage onto the confirmation page. Placeholders work for the confirmation emails the same way they work for the standard confirmation page.

It is possible to configure whether a customer receives this email by clicking on the Enabled checkbox.

The address the customer receives the email from can be configured in the Email From field.

If you would like a copy of this email to be sent to a different address, in addition to the customer’s address, fill out the Email Bcc with the appropriate email.

Set the Subject of the email in the Email Subject field.

Enter HTML Source Code into the Email HTML Source Code field if the rich text editor does not render the desired content correctly.
