Once the panel has accepted the grant will now require the Chairman to provide the final approval.

To approve the Grant select the option Approved By Chairman.

This will set the Grant to the Awaiting Allocation stage:

You can also Reject/Withdraw a Grant or Generate a Summary Report in this stage (and in Awaiting Allocation) as well, the effects are the same as in all of the other stages:
