Once the Grant has been allocated you can decide to receive up to to two reports on this grant if you want to. Once you have received the first report (or if you want to skip this step) use the option Next Report to proceed to the next stage:

From here you will be directed to the Awaiting Second Report stage.

Once you have received the Second Grant Report or if you want to skip this select the option Grant Fulfilled:

From this stage the Grant is now completed and there are no additional steps:
