Archive Contacts allows the automatic adding of contacts to the Archived Contacts form. This can be a useful feature if you need to bulk archive a large number of contacts without impacting thankQ performance during working hours. To set this up please follow these steps:
1.Select Archive Contacts from the Automation Type drop down and ArchiveContacts from Automation Ref 2.
2.Untick the Active tick box if this is not going to be active straight away.
3.Select the Group that will be archived in Automation Ref 3. Any contacts added to this group will now be automatically sent to the archived contacts folder at the scheduled time.

4.Select the Schedule Type from the drop down.
5.Depending on the type selected, another field may appear requesting a day month etc.
6.Select the Scheduled Time from the drop down.
7.Enter an email for any notifications. Extra email addresses can be separated by a semi-colon.
8.Click OK to save.
