This report outputs a detailed list of Memberships that have been upgraded within the specified date range. This report outputs the Membership ID and the name Type/Sub-Type/Grade along with the contact details.

Due to the large number of columns in this report you may be able to make this report more readable by converting it to an Excel Spreadsheet as follows:

Once the Excel file is created you then highlight all of the columns and then autofit their width:
