thankQ Help

This report outputs a full history of all actions undertaken by the selected thankQ user within the selected date range. This report is very useful for auditing what actions a user took and when so that if there is a security issue or a mistake in the data the relevant change(s) can be found.

The report is explained in detail below:

The following user actions are tracked in this report in the format of Date/Time, Key (such as the ID or Name of the record), Action/Source (such as Editing, Creating, Viewing, etc) as well as other details depending on what records are being tracked (i.e Old/New Values, Change Reason, etc):

- Administration changes to thankQ Users and Roles including Creating/Deleting/Editing Users as well as Password/Access Right/Ownercode changes.

- Archiving/Unarchiving of Contacts.

- Changes to Contacts which are logged in Audit History.

- Data Imports in terms of creating an import or processing it through all of the stages. This also includes the automatic data imports.

- Locking and Unlocking of Payment Transaction Periods.

- Changes to Payments and Pledges which are logged in the Audit History of those modules.

- Source and Destination Code (1&2) Creation/Deletion and Modification.

- The running of any report, even if that report is not modified in any way. This will also include details for the reports such as what columns were selected or other report customisations.

Any changes made to any of the above modules via thankQ or the EDI Data Import are covered as well and will be marked as such. An example report is shown below:
