Reports the number of contacts per Category, City, State / Province and Country who have an email address. Categories are either Alumni or Former Staff and are defined as follows:

Alumni = contacts with profile 'Alumni Status'

Former Staff = contacts with profile 'Staff Status' value like 'Former*' or with profile 'Primary Group' value 'FS'.
